GOLF CLUB Part-Time / Seasonal Front of Houses Vacancies Competitive Hourly Rate Bush Hill Park Golf Club is a Private Members' Club with over 125 years of history. Our recent accolades include Golf Club of the Year at the England Golf Awards in 2021 and winners of the Golf Club of the Year award at the Club Mirror Awards in 2019, 2022 and 2023. The Club has also been issued Travellers' Choice Awards for four consecutive years and for consistently earning great reviews and are ranked within the top 10% of venues on Tripadvisor. We are seeking experienced Front of House staff who are available to work flexibly to support our Bar, House, and Events Manager to deliver the highest standards of service for our members and guests. The successful candidate(s) must have previous front of house service experience in a food and drink led business and be flexible with a hands-on, customer driven approach. We are a seven-day a week operation serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner and we also host many external functions and events. You will have: • Previous experience in Front of House roles • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills • Ability to stay calm under pressure and be able to adapt your approach to complete tasks and respond to varied customer requests • High attention to detail and be able to drive the Club's approach to continually raise our service levels and improve our general food and drink offering.
