Job purpose The behaviour mentor is responsible for supporting the head of year and behaviour manager in providing excellent pastoral care to a specific year group and to support the behaviour team with school behaviour systems. Job details The position is permanent and term time: 36 hours per week x 38 week per year The successful candidate will report to the head of year The salary is scale 5 (actual salary: £25,283 - £27,293 p.a.)
