The Opportunity: We seek an experienced administrative assistant to work within a team of three other administrative personnel who will be pivotal in assisting our esteemed clientele of NHS GP practices and partnerships. Your role will be essential in maintaining our high service standards and fostering our clients' continued success. Key Responsibilities: • Answering all incoming telephone calls • Onboarding all new clients to include running Anti Money Laundering and Risk Assessment and sending engagement letters to clients and professional clearance to accountants. • Monitoring and updating databases, with regards to the new clients. • Raising invoices in XERO and emailing to clients. • Checking and distributing accounts through our online document management system • Supporting the rest of the Team. • Typing letters for the Partners & Tax Department. • Managing office stationery /Ordering office supplies • Adhoc Duties • General Admin Duties.
