Salary £27,500- £29,500 Hours 21hrs Reporting to Senior Integrated Support / HOS Line management None Location John Jackson Library and travel expected to deliver activities and home visits within LB of Enfield. Term Permanent UCAN Enfield is a new partnership led by Age UK Enfield, with delivery partners One to One, Wellbeing Connect, Mind in Enfield and Barnet, Middlesex Association for the Blind, Cooking Champions and Bread n Butter. We will be delivering a range of services and activities for people aged 18+ within the borough of Enfield. We will be working with a broad group of people who may be older adults, neurodiversity, visually impaired or be at risk of developing long term health conditions, living with health conditions or mental health concerns. UCAN Enfield has a huge emphasis on healthy living, nutrition, exercise, reducing risks of further developing illnesses and social connectivity. We're looking for a highly motivated individual to join the team who enjoys working face to face with people, working one to one undertaking guided conversations, helping people to find solutions and identify goals. The role includes one to one work and supporting group activities. There will be lots of opportunity to learn new skills and work with different groups. Excellent record keeping, communication skills and ability to manage a case load of referrals is essential. We are seeking a 21hr worker for this position .
