Are you caring, organised, and ready to make a difference? We’re looking for a friendly volunteer to bring their caring nature and office skills to our busy inpatient unit. Join us for a three-hour evening shift (5–8 pm) on a weekday of your choice. It’s a wonderful way to support patients and our team! As a Ward Clerk, you will support the Inpatient Unit, under the supervision of the IPU Manager with a variety of tasks to enable our care team to spend more quality time with our patients. We are looking for somebody with good administrative and organisational skills, alongside excellent communication skills. These may include: answering telephones, taking and recording messages, greeting relatives, setting up and maintaining filing systems, liaising with reception regarding clinical arrangements such as ambulance bookings and patient administrations.
